Facilities

We operate more than a dozen specialized production and distribution facilities across the MENA region, and we continue to invest heavily in all of these operations. Our facilities employ best-in-class technologies, adhere to rigorous international standards, and use highly advanced methodologies and practices designed to ensure the exceptional quality and sterility of our products.

Safety

We uphold the highest standards of workplace safety and well-being across all our operations through strict adherence to global and local regulations. This includes compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and relevant national guidelines to protect our people and ensure safe, uninterrupted operations.

Employee safety and well-being are paramount. We implement comprehensive strategies to mitigate workplace risks, starting with detailed risk assessments and robust reporting mechanisms across all sites. Safety is embedded in our workplace culture through regular training sessions, workshops, and awareness campaigns aligned with Global Safety Management standards. These initiatives cover hazard identification, fire prevention, and emergency response protocols.

We also leverage real-time safety analytics and digital tracking tools to enhance our risk assessment and response capabilities.

As a result of these efforts, our regional Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team has achieved a significant reduction in recordable Lost Time Injuries (LTI) over the past two years. Notably, our UAE site has sustained four years without a recordable LTI, reaching over 4 million safe working hours.
